Finance
- A respectable PG-degree or equivalent professional qualification in finance, including CA, MBA, CFA or CAIIB
- Sound knowledge of intricacies of project finance, operational banking and
accounting principles
- Experience of at least one year in actual handling of project financing
- Persons with proven track record in preparing complex project reports through custom spreadsheets and/or successfully liaising with financial institutions may expect higher package -and perhaps a share in the billing
- Persons possessing less effective experience may be considered for Jr. positions.

- Well-read, well-versed in contemporary management theories and practices
- Can confidently coordinate workshops and seminars and identify and liaise with respectable faculty and perhaps conduct successful training programmes him/herself.

- Command popular presentation packages
- Possess good exposure to Infotech; thoroughly know a word processor and are Internet literate

This is a senior position reporting to MD and calls for excellent managerial capabilities including coordination, leadership and a heightened sense of responsibility. Of course, he/she would be an IT professional parexcellence. Prior similar work experience is compulsory.

Knowledge Management
These are two unique positions for the knowledge lovers. They are paid for learning more! One Knowledge Officer for Management Division and the other for IT. The former should look for knowledge of products, processes, machineries, markets and industries and the latter for the latest in software [freeware, shareware, paidware], substitutes, trends, developments. Their role comprises seeking, documenting and harnessing external knowledge into the Company and writing dossiers, integrating this knowledge in the Company's work. Both need to be thorough at MS Office, MS Projects, Net-surfing and Mail management. Both should be voracious readers and excellent writers -in English. And perhaps good verbal communicators. In special cases MANFIN may also consider freelancers for these roles.

Bankers
This is a unique position. Though this is a salaried offer, we can consider a profit sharing arrangement for the deserving. Depending upon his stature he can be positioned to build and lead a financial intermediation division for a variety of consumer financing options. He is expected to develop liaison with a variety of lending agencies and institutions. Much of this work involves use of IT and the Web for which adequate in-house support exists.
- He should have passed CAIIB [both parts] or CA or CFA
- Should have a minimum experience of at least one year each as manager of a medium size branch
- He should either have led the credit function at the controlling office or must have enjoyed Scale III discretionary lendin powers.
- Should have an eye for systems and procedures.
- Must be a creative banker who not only knows banking procedures thoroughly but also the "why" thereof.
- Since he shall work with a young team, ideally should be aged below 50. However sportsmanship and capacity to overcome generation gap can lead to overlooking this requirement.
- Must be very clear with all underlying principles of lending
- Should be market friendly and be capable of liaisoning, building customer segments and maintaining excellent customer services.
- Must be good at spoken and written English and preferably conversant with Gujarati
- Must possess good communication skills
- Should have a smattering of IT and ideally knows handling MS Excel and MS Word comfortably
